Our Iberico shoulders are handmade products. The exquisiteness of its aroma and flavour is due to three main factors:

  2. – The outdoor lifestyle of the Sierra de Jabugo with a natural diet based on herbs and acorns (raised in “Montanera”).
  3.  – Artisan elaboration and slow maturation process without additives or preservatives.
